When the preview
looks stuck.
Most problems are simple boundaries rather than mysterious failures.
The preview is blank
Confirm the URL is public HTTPS and that the destination allows embedded frames. Some sites intentionally send headers that prevent previews.
The generated app opens the wrong place
Check the normalized URL, especially redirects, trailing paths, and whether your production domain differs from your development domain.
The theme looks right but accent does not
Choose the accent swatches separately from the theme dots. Accent selection is stored independently in localStorage and applies to the hero, controls, borders, and icons.
Substack does not load
The page uses an inline GitFed subscription form with a direct subscribe fallback rather than relying on a blocked third-party iframe.
